NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT While Bloom Institute of Technology will assist graduates in developing job search skills such as resume and cover letter development, interviewing, and appropriate interview follow-up activities, it cannot and does not guarantee the student will find employment nor does it guarantee the student will realize a given salary following graduation. GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE If a concern occurs, the student is asked to discuss the matter with a BloomTech staff member. Students may raise the concern with any member of the team by submitting a support ticket through The Hub. If a resolution cannot be reached, students are asked to document their concern. Documentation should include: ● Relevant dates ● A description of the original concern ● A summary of past conversations with BloomTech staff ● Desired outcome or resolution The student should send the documentation to the Program Manager of Learner Success. After the documentation has been reviewed, the student can expect a response within 10 business days following receipt of the documentation. Bloom Institute of Technology reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format with an effective date. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all institution policies. By enrolling in Bloom Institute of Technology, the student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all institution policies. SCHOLARSHIP About the Unlocking Potential Scholarship The Bloom Institute of Technology’s Unlocking Potential Scholarship was created to affirm future tech leaders and make careers more financially accessible for aspiring women, Black, Latinx, Native American, Veteran, and additional under-represented aspiring software engineers. Bloom Institute of Technology is providing $600,000 in scholarships to advance equitable pathways to technical careers. This scholarship cannot be combined with any other Bloom Institute of Technology scholarship programs.
